I was directed to this recipe a few months ago. I have to say it has become one of my stand-byes! It is so good and is great the second time around too!

I do not use the oil from the tomatoes or the tomatoes because E doesn't like them. Instead I just use olive oil. I tend to add whatever veggies we have that we like. When you go to reheat it I find it best to bring about a cup of chicken broth to a boil, then add the leftovers to it. Add a little more of the cheese when it has warmed up.
